Michaels has recently returned to her hit show, The Biggest Loser, after taking a two-year break to focus on her family. Her partner Heidi Rhoades gave birth to the couple's son, Phoenix, in May 2012. And less than a week later, Michaels brought home adopted daughter Lukensia, 2,from Haiti.
While parenthood changes just about everything for most people, Jillian shares one specific change she has noticed since becoming a mom - her backside. 'Finding the time to get my workouts in can be a challenge,' she says, 'My ass is definitely softer!' But its' okay to have that shift in priorities, she says. 'It makes me feel sexier! Kids sort of force you to let go in all areas of your life. They give you the perspective to see what's really important.'
Sharing healthy habits with her kids is a number one priority for Michaels.. “I’m teaching them early about healthy food and getting them involved with our meals — they’ll be in our backyard garden, hitting the farmers market with us, cooking dinners. We’ll get them doing activities they love, so fitness is fun.”
