Bill and Giuliana Rancic's Surrogate: "She's giving us a gift and we're going to be eternally grateful."

After 4 long years of heartache and struggles, Bill and Guiliana Rancic are about to become parents thanks to a gestational surrogate, who Bill describes as ' great...a very caring woman.'

The couple have a few important things on their list of things to do before baby arrives (if they know the sex - they are not sharing!)  - which includes shopping for a new home for their growing family and decorating the nursery.

Beyond the baby preparations, the parents-to-be would like to squeeze in one more thing before their new son or daughter arrives - a babymoon!

"That's the goal. We're hoping to go to Italy. We have a very small window and I'm hoping that we're going to be able to get away because we need a little bit of R&R," admits the excited dad-to-be.
