Denise Richards celebrated the adoption of her new daughter Eloise Joni with a baby shower held in her honor Saturday.
The theme of the celebration was 'Three's a Charm,' and decorations, inspired by the classic Eloise children's book series, included pink and black balloons and a cake topper with a replica Eloise and her big sisters, Richards's daughters Sam, 7, and Lola, 6.
The shower was held in Beverly Hills at the Montage Hotel, where guests sipped champagne and presented Richards and her daughter with gifts, including a pink Stokke stroller and baskets of baby clothes and plush toys. Tori Spelling, - due in October with baby number three - was among the friends invited by Richards to share in the special occasion.
"She's so excited," says a friend of Richards. "She's so in love with her new daughter. This is a really special time for her. She can't wait to introduce her to her friends.
