Gabriel Aubry and his daughter Nahla, 3, had a visit together on Sunday. Little Nahla, whose mom is actress Halle Berry, enjoyed riding on her dad's shoulders as the two walked along the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica.
Unfortunately, Aubry and Berry are in a heated custody battle over Nahla. According to TMZ, Halle went to family court this morning and accused Gabriel of violating their original custody agreement. Reportedly, Halle's lawyer submitted a lengthy court document claiming Gabriel has put Nahla at risk.
Sources for TMZ would not be specific about the violations, but they reportedly tell TMZ it has to do with requirements Gabriel was supposed to follow when he had custody of Nahla.
Gabriel was not in court today, and the judge set a hearing on the matter for later.
